Governing Council

ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE

The Idanre College of Management Science and Technology (ICOMSTECH),Ondo State is organized around the key five decision structures. Each organ of the structure is crucial but shall have no direct influence on general matters of the day-to-day administration of the College except through central administration.

The organs include the Ondo State Government, the Affiliated University proposed, the Board for Adult, Technical and Vocational Education, Ondo State, the Governing Council, the Academic Board, and the Management Committee of the College.

THE PRINCIPAL OFFICERS OF THE COLLEGE

1. Rector

The Rector is the Chief Academic Officer of the College and he is in charge of general responsibility for all matters relating to day-to-day management of the Institution.

2. The Registrar

The Registrar is the Secretary to the Council. The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the College.

3. The Bursar

The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the College and is responsible for day-to-day Control of the financial affairs of the Institution.

4. The Librarian

The Librarian is responsible for the planning development administration of the College Library and coordination of the library services.

5. The Dean

Administrative affairs of the school faculty.

6. The Head of the Department

The Head of Department shall oversee the everyday activities of the department in the school.

7. The Senior Lecturers

The Senior Lecturers of the Institution shall oversee the lecturing activities in the School.
